At the edge of town there's a small lake Above it are beautiful Hills and from it runs Silent Creek a small peaceful river . Living by the river has become more and more popular, there are mostly small houses there, all except for one the Blue Mansion like locals call it. Even though the families grow the residents there are in no hurry to find larger homes and thereby move away from the river. Riverboats have also found there way up here

Bill met Bruce at a sport competition where Bruce was a volunteer coach for a small running team. Bill found it so amazing how he treated his little team with respect and love and to see his team do their very best for their loving coach. To see Bruce standing on the finish line cheering and congratulate them so proudly no matter though they didn't win was something Bill wanted to see and find in MV. It didn't take much to convince Bruce and Sheila to move to MV. Today Bruce trains track and field while Sheila opened up a modern toy shop. Bill has promised Bruce that soon he will get real field to practice on with all the equipment he needs but for now Bruce is satisfied to practice in the nature and he knows that there are so many other more important project waiting to be done. They live in a small cottage by the river and have just had their forth baby.

The Snow-Warren family have been in MV for a long time. Shannon has a small toy shop by the Lake and Nigel takes tourists up in the winter area on his snowmobile. They really love their little cottage by the river but are starting to wonder if they should look for something bigger.

They come from far far away. They arrived in MV with a letter to Bill from a dear old friend of his. Today they run the Rainbow nursery which has kids ages 2-4, the kids love it there but it's getting way to small and the demands is much more than it can hold. They have talked to Bill about this as they are concern and don't like to turn critters down. Bill has gotten Hazel Dappeldawn and Diana Fisher to temporary help out until he can come up with a solution, cause it's not only this nursery that's the problem but the preschool will soon follow this road.
The Antilope family lives in a cute cottage by the river.

Hazel son Herbage moved to MV and opened a horse ranch/rental and riding school. When her other son died in a accident along with his wife leaving Rhianna alone, Hazel decided to move to MV, there she would raise her granddaughter with little help from Herbage and his family and in return she could help Herbage with his little twins. She has recently started to temporary help out at the Rainbow nursery.

Doi and Ai came to MV one day, first when Bill saw them he thought that some kids had dressed up early for Halloween only to find out that they were grownups just very small grownups in rather unusual clothes and truthfully Bill has trouble with understanding them, he pointed them to Ryan Forrester in hope he would understand them any better and could help them. It seems like he did as they now live in a summerhouse by the river and are looking for some business housing with Ryan. Bill is very curious in what they will open or do.

It wasn't long after Troy started to work at the Cake shop as a second baker that he and Arabella Cream started dating. And never had Arabella been so keen to take all the shifts she could at the shop.

Duncan is a very skilled surgeon. He grew up with where there was no money for anything luxurious, there could even be days where they didn't know where or how they would get the next meal. So he loves to be able to spoil his wife and kids, he's not at all arrogant about it and is very generous. He says that money isn't everything and can be lost within a blink of a eye and that family and friends are way more important. That said he's also careful with his money. He works 4 days a week at the hospital in the city and then one day at the hospital in MV. An arrangement that the Nightingale and Dr. Murdock approached him with. Bill is thrilled and is eager to make the MV hospital serve for the neighborhood villages and towns to. Unfortunately both Dr. Murdock and Dr. Duncan agree that for that the hospital needs at least one more doctor so that there's one doctor available every day. That has given Bill something to think about. Beatrix is Emma Tuxedo sister and they love to have morning tea together and talk about everything and nothing, right now it's mainly about Duncan brother as he seems to be in sort of a trouble.
