The old nursery
One day Cliff Spotter and Mach Periwinkle asked Rolf Billabong and Bob Catwood to meet them at the old nursery, after work. When they arrived they all went inside. Cliff and Mach had been talking about how the nursery was getting "old" and if there was something they could do to freshing it up a little and to do that they had decited to ask for some help, now could Rolf and Bob help them out? Rolf and Bob looked around and had to admit that it really could use something to piff it up and make it more fun and comfortable.
About a week later while Clarice Spotter and Dove Dale were playing and caring for the kids at the nurser there came a knock on the door, they both wondered who that could be knocking on the door, it was very unusual? But what, it were Cliff, Mach, Rolf and Bob. They clamed that they had some unfinished business to take care of and oh my they started to carry all the furniture out! They were old but what were they then going to use???
Soon after they were gone with all the chairs and what they had used for tables, they came back in and this time with some wonderful NEW furniture, this was so great no more leftovers from town but something that fittet the kids, only Bob can have made them and then Rolf painted in so great and festive colors they thought. How wonderful to have something like this for the kids, this will make brekfast and lunch time so much easier and now they didn't have to draw and color on the floor. What a great surpise they said to them but for some reason Cliff and Mach were smirking?
Now they had to decite where to put all this, they were so happy and the kids were jumping up and down, but before they could find the best place another nock came. Now what Clarice and Dove thought? At the door were Spencer and Arvey with some New plates, classes and cuttlery. Before they could closse the door after they left Edward came holding a basket full of crowns for the kids to have, this was turning into one of the best days ever
And when they were about to close the door after Edward left they heard someone shout, Hey is there someone in there that likes to sit down in their coffee break or when reading a story??? And how about some cots for the little ones when they get tired? came another smaller voice right after.
We are sure they can use some more and new toys to, don't they? Was the next thing they heard from outside?
Clarice and Dove were just finishing putting all these new things into place when again there was a knock, what now they though, we have everything we possible can fit in here soon we will not have room for the kids???
We just thought you might want to celebrate, Cassandra and Bronte announced walking in with cakes and treats
Cliff and Mach sure have been busy for the last days putting all this together, Dove and Clarice talked while making the party table with all the new things ready, they were so excited and truly tired after all these knocing.
