Caroline Catwood and her two Mansions
The two mansions were build by twin sisters that were never far apart from each other. They built them side by side and some say there are hidden doors between them so that the sisters could meet every day without going out. One of them was Caroline great-grandmother.
Caroline grandmother then bought her nephew mansion before he could camble it away and there for did Caroline inherritate both of them. through the years the land around them has been sold. Caroline has been struggling to keep the Mansions and has close to no money for maintenance.
When the Merryweather house burned down she offered them shelter until they had found some solution, the same to her cousine Kitty when she came back but other then them not many have come inside the Mansions, this side of the Catwoods have always kept them to them self.
Bill has always thought it was a shame that so few critters were occupying all this space the Mansions had.,
He met Kitty as she came back to the village with her stray kittens and found out that she was living with Caroline temporary and that she suspected Caroline didn't have much money to maintaine both Mansions. So one day he visited Caroline and came armed with a proposal, the town would finance maintenance and turn at least one of the Mansions preferably both into apartments, they would then share the income. After he left she sat down and thought about his proposal and knew that this was her way out of her financial struggle and she could keep on being the Lady, well landlord lady. After few days she sent a message to Bill to come over and then told him that she would keep two floors for her self but the town would finance maintenance on those to. The town would also finance renovation on those two floors now that she would have to move things around. She would have finall saying in who would move in. That or nothing!
So today She rents out 5 apartments and her financial worries are over for now.
She has good sense of humor but is very much a lady so almost no one knows that about her as she's always been the LADY.
